Terms and Conditions

1. Full prepayment is required either by cash or credit card.
2. Once bookings have been made, any changes to the bookings must be made 7 days in advance or there will be a 50% penalty to the prepayment made. Ex. Bookings made now as of today for 18th DECEMBER 2009 can be changed latest on the 11th DECEMBER 2009 without incurring any penalty.
3. There will not be refunds for any cancellation once prepayment made.
4. Subject to availability of rooms.
